Returns

  3. Packaging & Shipping: Please securely package the item(s) to ensure they arrive in their original condition. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), we will process your refund within 7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., incorrect or damaged item).

Exceptions

  • Non-returnable items: Certain items, such as opened or used cleaning products, personalized or custom-made items, and gift cards, may not be eligible for return. Please check product details before purchasing.

  • Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately. We will provide a replacement or a full refund, and return shipping costs will be covered by us.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item for a different product, please return the original item and place a new order for the desired product.
